Professor Deep, of the Biomechanics Department of University of the Deep South (UDS), is hired by the Hollywood Stunt Academy to teach a graduate level course in "Body Mechanics": Human Lifts and Carries 501. In his search for a Teaching Assistant "TA", he meets Marlena , a female body builder.

A discussion of "T&A" versus "TA" ensues, as he shows her some basic body mechanics. He tests her strength to see "what she is made of" as his TA. Included are a variety of lifts, carries, comparison posing and wrestling. The Teaching Assistant is played by national level bodybuilder, Judy Miller.

"Family Values" in this double-feature involves Deep and Cristiana Arcosanti, twins who were separated at birth. For family reasons, he was sent to England, and she to Italy. As gender classes are done away with, in the World Federation of Bodybuilding, men and women compete against one another as equals. Deep and Cristiana go through sequences of mixed posing and body parts comparisons while preparing for the Mount Olympus competition. Also included is some light and playful wrestling. Cristina is played by Italian professional bodybuilder, Cristiana Del Buono.
