The videos are encoded in WMV9 format. We do recommend you visit the MicroSoft site and download their latest free player for your operating system. Mac users will find there is a newly released version there for them as well.

Older videos are in 320x240, 480x360 or 640x480 format. The newer releases are in HD 1280x720.
